Bradlows failed to refund

I bought a stove cash on the 16th May 2020 and paid the delivery fee and later after 3 days i called to make a follow up for delivery, I was told that they don't deliver to my area as it's a high risk area. My concern is why didn't they check that when I gave my personal details, I've asked for refund now it's a problem I'm send to pillar to post. Please help
