Bradlows Eyethu Mall is very unprofessional and rude!

My Grandmother decided to buy a TV at Bradlows (Eyethu Mall) without consulting me for advice. The TV only worked for 2 months and started giving her problems. They’ve been debiting her money every month without fixing or replacing the TV. Since Jan - Oct, they’ve been saying they locked a complaint and are resolving but nothing. We went in store and the manager was rude and told us he just joined, implying that it’s not his fault. The matter still remains unresolved.
