I have been awaiting a refund from the company for over a month now. You call in store and I think the manager is hiding under the desk. Because he is always to busy to take my calls yet never returns them. They make you out to be the ***** when its very clear no payment has been made into your account. Honestly customer care and service delivery is zero to none. I have also contacted the Head office who did absolutely sweet **** all and this is why I am on a rampage and going to inform people of what is happening in large companies like this one
