Bradlows Eastgate Store Manager's Rudeness Behavior

Bradlows Eastgate Store Manager rudeness is beyond. I went to follow up on the couch he sent people to collect a week ago for repairs without providing me timelines or ETA. When I got there he was busy screaming at another customer on the phone. Afterwards he attended me with attitude without even an eye contact, then rudely rep**** that he has nothing to do with the repairs, collections or delivery. I was shattered and helpless with the service I received. I regret the day I made a purchase at Bradlows Eastgate. Until now I have no idea when to expect my couch back yet I'm still paying an installment for it.
