Bradlows Eastgate Poor Quality and Extremely poor Customer service

Bradlows Eastgate brown Leather Lounge suit incl. coffee table worth R40K if bought cash, we bought it last year and current status of 2 sit couche is so disappointing. The couche is terribly broken and coffee table top part detached from its stand. Quality is extremely poor...reported 2 months ago, yet nothing has been done
