Bradlows

Hi I am very disappointed with the services I received. I bought a Mia kitchen set , table with 2 chairs and 2 built in cupboards from Bradlows. When it was delivered we found out that some handles on the kitchen set was missing and the ***** covers on the table was missing and the guy who delivered told me to write it down on delivery note and I did but still no response. I then informed the sales person and was told that they knew nothing about it she also told me that she will inform the manager and was then told to buy the handles and I will be reimbursed. I went to Gelmar looked for the same handles and found that it was discontinued and phoned the sales person and informed her. A month later still no response I found that all the other handles were coming out I phoned the sales person and was told that she will inform the manager and a few days later was told that they have logged a fault. A lady from the company called to ask me if we received the kitchen set with missing handles and the table without ***** knobs my reply was yes and it was written down on the delivery invoice and I also informed her about the rest of the handles ever since I had no response concerning my complaint. It feels as though the stuffs we buy from the Chinese stores last longer than buying from a reputable company. The only difference is we pay a lot from a reputable company and expect better quality and customer service. When it comes to paying for it we do it on time. I have never had any issues with Bradlows until this incident and I apologize for any inconvenience caused. I am just stating facts and I have followed protocol. Thank you and God bless
