Bradlows Durban City View Poor Service

I bought a sienna bedroom suite for cash at Bradlows City View Durban. when it was delivered there is no piece that wasn't broken. I was promised a new suit the following day. I am still waiting 4 days later. now they say I must wait until after the Easter holidays and they can't make promise about the delivery date. I'm cancelling the order. I want my money back. I was going to buy a lounge suite but I am not setting foot in that shop again. Such poor service and they lie!!!
