Bradlows, Durban, Chatsworth Centre branch

Utterly disappointed and frustrated with the ****ty service by Bradlows in Durban, Chatsworth. Purchased a Defy washing machine that was working perfectly until it stopped working. A call was made to bradlows on the 15/02/2024 to send out a technican to sort out the fault. It's 3 weeks now and nobody has been sent out to sort out the fault. The sales person by the name Altaf was exteremly rude and unprofessional he was so quick to get the sale done but didn't care to follow up on the current issue. He mentioned that it's so frustrating to be dealing with humans like me. I want too know what is frustrating about it because clearly I am the one that supposeed to be upset I'm paying for washing machine that's not working!!!SOMEONE NEEDS TO TEACH THIS IDIOT HOW TOO DO HE'S JOB AND HOW HE SHOULD TREAT HE'S CLIENTS WITH THE RESPECT THEY DESERVE. I HOPE THIS REACHES THE HEAD OFFICE OF BRADLOWS SO THAT THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO ANOTHER CLIENT.
