Bradlows - Don't Ever Buy There Guys

Bradlows has the WORST customer service ever. I have been dealing with a query for them to exchange the couch that they brought to me as new but was already faulty with the springs making sound when u sit on it and get up. They told me about the 7day period where I need to report a faulty furniture for an exchange otherwise it will be repaired. No one has ever told me about the repair and I don't even have a contract with me so how was I supposed to know this????? To cut the long story short. I am EXTREMELY ANGRY with the way they handled this and I am still waiting for the stupid couch and a call from their head office on resolution of this for a month now... REALLY GUYS????
