Bradlows doesn't about their customers at all
I had a terrible experience with the store recently . They don't seem to care about their customers at all. No matter whether it's the manufacturer's or assembler's defect, once you take it home they do not care. It feels like they're just trying to get rid of their furniture.
In June 2023, I purchased a 3-door Paradiso wardrobe. Once it was delivered, the assembler said that the top part/bar of the wardrobe was not sticking well and that he would have to come back to put some glue on it. However, he never came back to fix it. As time passed, the top part/bar fell and broke, also breaking one drawer handle as it was not glued/securely assembled. I wrote a complaint to Bradlows about this, but no one cared. I had paid a whole R8500 for a wardrobe that now looks like I bought it from a Chinese store.
Recently, I also noticed that a drawer that I don't even open a lot has disassembled itself. This puzzled me as I haven't done any damage to it.
I thought this wardrobe would be a good investment and that I wouldn't have to buy or fix it for at least 5 years. However, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. My wardrobe looks like it's 2 years old when I've only had it for 3 months. My advice to others is to just buy from Chinese stores since Bradlows is no different from them anymore.
Bradlows, please at least assess your damaged products before dismissing your customers. I regret buying this wardrobe and I hope that others won't have to go through the same experience.
