Bradlows does not treat customer fairly

I took bought a TV from Bradlows and they recommended I take a certain TV brand 3 months down the line TV just stopped working I made an insurance claim through their insurance as the TV is covered with abacus insurance. Claim took 6 months for them to approve the claim and the insurance paid Bradlows for me to take another TV. Bradlows is now forcing I must take the same TV brand which I’m disputing as I want a different brand within the same price range. I was already inconvenienced by the claim taking 6 moths to be approved and now this. Poor customer service from Bradlows no TCF (treat customer fairly)
