Bradlows does not deliver

I ordered a fridge on the 10th Jan and someone called me to arrange for a delivery and I requested that it must be delivered on the 18 Jan.. Its 2 days later and my fridge has still not been delivered. I have already sold my other fridge and food has gone to waste.. Their social media team and call centre all they can do is log a call. No one is able to track where the delivery is and when my fridge will be delivered. I'm so frustrated, I actually want a refund to go buy the fridge else. So useless. Don't order from them online, they are useless
