Bradlows does not deliver

Think twice about buying anything from this store. So I bought a bed a year ago. It's already worn out. I'm literally sleeping on springs. I laid a complain at the store, exchange was approved. Paided a difference of the new bed because the product I bought was no longer available. Fourteen days later still no delivery of the bed, whenever I do follow ups it's one excuse after the other. Escalated my concern to head office. However it did not help.
