Bradlows do not follow law in terms of rights a consumer has!

I bought a lounge suite from Bradlows Lenasia. The couch was damaged and i called them to fetch the louge suite. I have been struggling for a month now to get this **** sorted. Bradlows has the worst customer service ever. I bought this cash i mean even so i still have rights in terms of CPA. I will be taking things further including me lawyer because my rights have trully been taken for granted here. I will also be letting the country know of your pathetic service and request people to boycott the stores. Pathetic exuses all the time. I want my money back come and get the rest of your ****ed up damaged goods from my house or i will take it to your store and set the ***in thing alight. Give my money back. Take all your staff for CPA training they clearly dont know what it is !!!!!
