Bradlows do not care about customers

@Bradlowsfurniture i am so disappointed in your brand and i will never ever buy anything from Bradlows. You are such a disgrace, we are not valued as your customers. I bought sofas (3 seater, 2 seater and 1 seater) tht reclines from your branch in Port Shepstone last year October and when they were deliverd the 3 seater was faulty, the recliner was not working and we lodged a complaint to Port Shepstone and we were told tht Kokstad branch will contact us to give us a new one but they never did that, i follwed up with port Shepstone till i got tired because i was the only one calling Bradlows with no assistance, till today we are sitting with tht sofa which was said to have a recliner but it doesnt....... fast forward the two seater after 7 months umthungo split open and we contacted the Port Sheptone branch, they sent drivers to collect them in September, till today we have not received them back as they notified us that they found another cut at the back which we did not know of. I went to Port shepstone again on the 2nd October week to complain about this and i was told that they will contact the factory and will get back to us but now it has been a month and i hav made so many follow ups but nothing. So in summary within just a year, the only good sofa is just the one seater, #Bradlowsfurniture so disappointed ???
