Bradlows Disgusting Customer Service...Stay Away

Please please Consumers customers everyone in South Africa. I can confidently share the awful and shocking customer experience I had with Bradlows. I am currently investigating who I can contact as nobody at Bradlows cares about you as a customer. Imagine paying for something that is with the suppliers because of a bad product default. It is going on for 3 months and nobody is helping me and every time I call the store at Parow or Claremont to speak to the manager they advise the manager stepped out to spar or shopping. Absolutely disgusted. Please advise where is my credit or some indication because I am still paying almost 2k a month
