Bradlows disappointing customer service

Bradlows customer care & delivery department very disappointing Delivery department does not answer calls Customer care spoke with a Lady named Patricia she didn’t want to give her last name stating she doesn’t have one, gave me attitude and was shouting at me instead of helping track when my order that was placed on the 28th of May 2020 when it will be delivered because the 3-10 day delivery period already lapsed. It’s the 15th of June , payment is made but they can’t assist in saying where my order is or why it’s not delivered It’s very rude, unprofessional frankly disrespectful
