Bradlows delivery system a nightmare

HAYI their delivery service is very bad and unprofessional, I bought a couch and the kitchen scheme cash plus delivery fee, I got the sms that the items will be delivered on Tuesday the 30th of November 2021, on Sunday the 28th November I got a call from some guy telling me that he will be delivering my items, the guy called at around 12 midday and we made some arrangements for someone to be at the house we waited for 3 hours for the delivery and around past 4 afternoon we called this guy again and he said he can't come he had a breakdown but he did not even call to let us know, and around 6 late they were calling that they got another bakkie to deliver our stuff but we were skeptical now about all of this as Bradlows didn't even call and let us know about this delivery, I think they took them back, on Tuesday we got a call from their warehouse asking us if the items were delivered we said no and when they check according to their system the stuff was still not delivered. I am very ****ed with their delivery system and how they pick up their contractors it's very unprofessional and scary as you just get a call from a stranger wanting to come to your house on a Sunday afternoon.
