Bradlows customer service is bad

Its sad that we bought couches 2017 march and this leather couches didn't last even a year starting to damage , so last year we reported the case and they told us they'll come take them for repair and which is true they did... i think it was October i don't remember the date , the guys that came told us to not relax cause this might take a while.. we've been going to bradlows Bircheacres to ask how far are they with our couches but nothing... they called us twice saying the couches will return before the 8th of Dec last year but even today 2019 3rd January we've not gotten our couches back...
