Bradlows - Couches

Good day I bought a lounge suit from Bradlows last year not even a year the product is so so bad the couches is making fluffs and the fabric is so bad, not sure what fabric is that, my husband paid cash R13 0000 for bad product, they collect it on the 17th August for fix they mass the whole fabric up it more damage then ever we call and we call, they send us from pillow to post and we still waiting for our new product . Its the 2nd October 2020 and I am still waiting my husband Owen Lawrence went to buy the couches at Trade Route Mall in Lenasia , let me tell you it's a don't care story , I don't care who say what by this weekend I want a new product in my house, we notify our Lawyer of this as well, let me tell you Bradlows use to be the best shop but not anymore the product are cheap and I need an answer very soon I will not leave it like this to did not buy the on credit it was cash , I need feedback urgent very Mrs O Lawrence and Mr O Lawrence contact numbers ***or ***
