Bradlows cons people

I lay-byed a bed at bradlows promenade. A month or two goes by and the bed gives in.I did a follow up with bradlows and they replaced the bed. A month goes by with this new bed same thing happened.

I complained at bradlows promenade and got a call from their agents saying im too fat for the bed thats the reason it breaks. So I told them well if they had to tell that there are weight restrictions with the bed they should ve advised me before I took out a lay bye.

They told me its not there fault im fat and that I must pay more for a stronger.
