BRADLOWS CHATSWORTH PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bradlows Chatsworth are scheming ****s. I gave my TV in for repairs on the 28th December 2022. The lcd was the problem. The guarantee was to expire in February 2023. Every next week I call in the store for an update on the repair and the salesman that was assisting me gives me the runaround. He keeps telling me the TV is still in store. I was even asked to update my TV license just for the repair to proceed ,I've done that and still nothing. I've called the head office numerous times as well. In June I called the head office and the agent that assisted me asked the manager from Chatsworth bradlows to assist me. He then asked me to send all the documents which they do have all over again which I've done. That manager didn't even acknowledge receipt of my email till I called him. Till today I have not got an update from them. On 2nd of July I went into the store and spoke to the salesman he stated that the manager was off. He took my number again and said he will get the manager to call me on the 3rd July at 9 am. It is now 20.00pm and I never received the call. I am without a tv for the last 7 months all because of BRADLOWS CHATSWORTH PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. If it was another store if the they were unable to repair item it will then be refunded or replaced. But BRADLOWS CHATSWORTH CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO PATHETIC. I NEED MY TV BACK REPAIRED.
