Bradlows Cash Back ****

I have a complaint about Bradlows at Quagga Pretoria West. I bought couches on a cash back special promotion in September. I had to spend R20 000 or more and recieve R2000 cash back. I returned multiple times at the store and there was always a different excuse about why I had not received my Cash Back. Please help me in this regard. I am very disappointed in Bradlows and the personnel that was supposed to assist in this matter. I feel as if I have been ****med and at this point I would not refer anyone to buy at Bradlows even if they have so-called "Cash Back Promotions."
