Bradlows carnival mall refund bad treatment

Two months bought a TV on 25th August 2021, and I haven't received my refund even today 21 September 2021.

I bought that TV cash Mamello store manager is always saying refund is loaded on the system since last month. They don't value customers rights, I think bradlows have to take their stuff to treating customers fearlly They don't treat everything urgently you can't wait for your money for more than a month
