Bradlows Carnival Mall Brakpan pathetic service

I purchased a lounge suite from Bradlows in February. A week later I reported poor quality workmanship and faults on the lounge suite. After 2 months they came to inpect and collect for refund or repairs. Management at Bradlows cannot give me any answers. I asked for a credit or a refund and to date 25-05-2025, i am without my lounge suite. As a pensioner I am calling almost daily trying to get answers. Bradlows management is useless and I would like to take this matter further with the Ombudsman if nothing is done this week. Pathetic service.
