Bradlows Cape Town Adderly street prolonging my Tv claim.

On the 16th of August 2025, I submitted a claim for my television that was accidentally damaged. Since I have insurance with Abacus via Bradlows, I submitted all the required documents at Bradlows Cape Town (Adderley Street) with the assistance of Dominique, who has been very helpful throughout.

However, to this day, my claim remains unresolved. I have been going back and forth between Bradlows and Abacus with no clear conclusion or whom to contact. Abacus has advised me that they are still awaiting a TV quotation from Bradlows Repairs centre which they need to collect the Tv and i offered to even drop it off, while Bradlows continues to send me from one person to another, including repair assessors, leaving me to act as the middleman. This has caused unnecessary delays and frustration, and I have now been without a television for almost a month.

To add to my disappointment, the quality of the bed I purchased along with the TV in January 2025 is already deteriorating, which makes me regret buying from Bradlows in the first place.

All I ask is for Bradlows to urgently resolve my claim so that my household can have a television again. The service I have received so far is unacceptable.
