Bradlows Can't do anything right.... you lack competence

I have now come to terms with Bradlows incompetence. Almost a month ago they sent some guys from JD Group to come and take our couch that needed to be fixed 1- two seater and 1-three seater then they told me that it'll take up to 3 weeks to be fixed. Last week Tuesday they called me telling that they've been fixed so they'll be delivered on Thursday and I should be home, unfortunately noone came. They called me again Friday asking me if the Couches have been delivered then they said delivery wasn't for Thursday but Saturday. I cancelled my programs waiting for them to come but noone came. Now I call you yesterday with the invoice u left me but u seem not to track my Couches. I'm getting ****ed off with your service, you can't do anything right.... I wonder wat kind of stuff u have there.
