Bradlows but quality

I bought a lounge suit for R14000 in February 2018 but i went to the store four x already change the lounge suit with different defects, but the store is refusing to give me another product because i can see that this product wont last me long, its not strong. I have complained to the head office but still not getting joy...Bradlows is no longer selling quality. I made a terrible mistake by buying from that store.
