Bradlows - Bullies and rude customer care

They are so rude, the warehouse in KZN calls and victimizes customers, shouting and berating elderly customers. Their quality is poor and couches were damaged a few months after purchase. The story is soooo long to narrate and I feel so helpless and annoyed to narrate the whole story. I laid a complaint with the consumer ombuds and they called from their warehouse, rude and not willing to hear our actual situation. Worse service ever.
