Bradlows Bloem Plaza - Bloemfontein

I bought a Sleepmaster Bed last year at the end of May(2024). It had a problem, I logged a complain in March(2025). They approved an exchange ofwhich I decided to do an upgrade and get a better bed. All this happened in March. We agreed that they will bring a new bed when they come to collect the old one. Now they want to take my bed, of which they told me that the process might take 4 days before I can get a new bed. My question is, where I am suppose to sleep until then? This is so inconsiderate. It's clear that this company is not customer oriented. I can tell by all the bad reviews I see here.
