I paid up my lay-by on the 14th of November until today I’m told that my matter will be escalated. Bradlows are the biggest ****mers and they are very good with empty promises. Never make a mistake of buying from this pathetic shop. Now they are refunding nor delivering even after they are paid in full. I’m the one who must make a follow up and when I do the consultants are more clueless than I’m so now I’m patiently waiting for the MIGHTY Bradlows to decide when I deserve to receive my sofas.
