Bradlows (Benoni, Lakeside Mall)

I purchased a Defy Washing Machine from them, after a short while it packed up and it led to my entire kitchen being flooded with water. For the last 2 months I have been struggling to sort this issue out. These people are *********** and their service delivery is completely useless. When ever I call them, they conveniently have network issues and when they say they will call me back they NEVER do!! It realistically, CAN NOT take 2 months to sort this issue out. I do not recommend this store at ALL.
