Bradlows beds are a disaster and they don't care when u complain

I bought a bed at Bradlows emoyeni July 2023 and by December 2023 the bey was not comfortable to sleep in.springs coming out,when u sit on the bed the mattress bends,there's spring sounds .I went o. Maternity leave back home in limpopo and when I came back on May the 5th I went to Bradlows Emoyeni and spoke to a lady named Thuli.she asked for pictures and receipts and said someone will call me. After a week ,I recieved a call from a lady named Faith and she said she's the one handling my complaint. Faith requested pictures and a video of the bed with someone sitting on the bed and all the noises I complained about,I sent her the pictures on the 15th may and even called. She tools me she'll get back to me and she has been quite since.

It is unbearable to sleep on this bed and no one seems to care.wjen u walk in to their shops they are quick to want a sale,but don't want to resolve queries. I'm not happy with the bad service and getting.if Bradlows has a long list of complains it means they don't sell quality furniture. All I need now is my money back because I don't trust that they'll sell me the quality they portray to sell
