Bradlows bad service

I bought a couch at bradlows Market Street and the couch didn't even stay two month it started to have problems with the reclining, I went back to the shop to let them know what's happening with the couch that it needed to be fixed they told me they will put up a complaint and after 14days they will call me to come and take the couch and fix it that was 1st of December 2020 and now we are in February 2021 still the couch is not fixing they keep in telling me stories even now, I dint know no what to do cause am not happy with the service that am getting they are not helping at all.
