Bradlows bad customer service and mistreated

Bradlows Siyabuswa is the most useless store ever,the staff is useless and so is the manager who don't care about their customers, they only nice to you when they are getting commission. Bradlows as a company as a whole is useless too as I called the customer service several times and they couldn't help me as their customer like that is why the staff treat customers like they do because they are careless, especially to black customers. How can a company like Bradlows take more than a year to refund you.I purchased a microwave last year January and 4 weeks it was faulty, I took it back and it was taken for repairs.It's been a year now and I have not received the microwave back or refund or replacement. I went to the store several times and they tell me the manager has to authorize the refund,the useless manager is never around, he is either on tea,lunch, leave or day off because he is avoiding me the whole year. I have been ****** by Bradlows they took my money as I still don't have a microwave. Bradlows takes advantage of poor black people like me and rib then their hard earned money.
