Bradlows bad customer service and delivery

I have purchased a fridge and tv on credit at the phoenix Bradlows branch at the time of opening my credit account and purchasing the customer service was great.After I left the store nobody contacted me with regards to delivery.I called the store and spoke to my salesman daily ,eventually after 4-5 days the warehouse contacted me to.say that my.fridge and tv will be delivered the next day.As I.waited only the tv was delivered the driver was unsure about the fridge.So I called the warehouse and checked apparently there was no stock of my fridge .After my promise of a 3 day delivery not only was my tv late but the fridge was out of stock and nobody even called to let me know after calling the store I was assured a call back from my salesman the very same day and nor did he not only call me back but even the next day he didnt follow up with me.so I called the store again and was offered the demo fridge at the same price which is as good as a second.hand fridge how can.this even.Be offered to a customer at the same price I. Have called.them every day since the 2 of.March.It's now the 14 and still no fridge.After me asking to.change my deal and take a fridge that there was stock off the salesman advised there was no need they found one for me at the isipingo branch.so still.waiting from last week.No fridge had arrived .I'm very frustrated I've even asked to cancel my deal with.them and They kept on saying don't worry u'll get ur fridge tomorrow..this is upsetting as much as this is on credit it's not given.to me for free in fact I'm paying double of what.it.is costing also I expect the customer service.so I called the manager and had a discussion as this is not fair that I waited more than two weeks for my goods which are half delivered and still have to have my debit go.out at the end of March I advised it should be at.the end of April and was told I have to draw up another agreement.As advised I don't mind .but it's unfair for poor service non delivery and the store still.expects hp and full debit at the end of this month .After this I won't even want.to buy.anything from this store as I'm a paying customer I should be treated as one.
