Bradlows Bad customer service

My mother is receiving a terrible customer service experience with Bradlows stores at Elim Mall, she made a lay buy of a lounge suite and was able to pay it in full in a few weeks. When time came for them to deliver, she was told that there is no stock and she would have to wait for another week or more before she can receive her suite. It is really painful for an unemployed person to make sure she comes up with money to improve her home only to be told stories.
