bradlows at Giyani

I have asked for refund at bradlows in giyani in 2024 december even now I haven't got my refund, I called last of last week they said I should send my bank statement I did and the lady that answered my call confrim to have received it, I called last week to enquire since I didn't get my money , the lady that answered my call give me this email *** saying the lady I got 1st time went to the leave they didn't receive my statement even now I haven't received my money
