Bradlows @ Carletonville mall customers service 1 out of 10

Tried do buy a washing mashine on special. Was told the system is overloaded and offline so they cant order one from warehouse, but they will contact us asap the same afternoon when system is up and going.

Waiting and hearing nothing from them we called the afternoon and the same excuse...

After two days phoning a second time they said they will order a washing machine and get back to us.

After phoning again several days later still no service and no washing machine. They will apparently call us...

From day one till now we haven't recieved any feedback...

Machine is now not on special anymore.

We decided to try another franchise and got helped immediately for the same price and also received three bags of washing powder for free.

Service from Bradlows Carletonville mall is the worst i have experienced from a so clled good furniture company.
