Bradlows - As Bad and as Low as ********

The most ********** experience I've had in my life of purchasing from anywhere. I have never felt the need to post a review on HelloPeter until I bought a fridge from Bradlows online.

Paid fro the fridge, 3-10 working days for it to be delivered. Within this time I called Bradlows many times and got terrible service on top of no answers. After the time had passed for it to be delivered I got a call to say there is no stock.

As per policy my refund would take 7-14 working days. They could not deliver within the time as per their policy and procedure but I must wait for my refund?!

It is impossible to talk to a manager because they are always unavailable. I sent a manager an email and got no response. Every time I sent a follow up email delivery was unsuccessful. So very convenient and useless as an escalation to management.

The most amazing part of all of this is the fact that on the website there is contact number for Customer Care. They do not care and they offer no service at all. I made this clear to them and suddenly when answering the phones they say customer information, the only thing they did correctly is change the way they answer the phone so it's more accurate because they don't care nor do they service their customers.

All they do is give information but only 2% of the information is of any use
