Bradlows Area Manager and Manager not assisting.

I have a problem with an employee who used to be at Rochester. My problem has not been resolved, and this employee has now been moved to Bradlows Benoni. The branch manager at Rochester, can no longer assist me as the employee is no longer under her management. I have approached the area manager of the Bradlows Benoni branch. She did respond with promises of assistance. But two weeks later, nothing has happened and this area manager is not taking calls or responding to phone calls, emails or messages. If I don"t have a response by Monday, I will name and shame these people on this forum. then your misconduct will be exposed. Please contact me. You know who you are.
