BRADLOWS ARE *******S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have purchased a 50inch smart TV and a sound bar from bradlows a few months back and when i purchased the items the sales person persuaded me to take insurance for the items and rushed me into the sale not even explaining any terms and conditions! I have used the items for about 3 to 4 months and suddenly yesterday the remote stopped working on its own. i now came to bradlows phoenix plaza to give my remote in for fixing or replacing and they tell me that the remote is not covered under the insurance which then ****ed me off because with that specific tv i cant really use the tv without the remote there is no other buttons apart from the main power button on the TV. so dont even waste your time buying appliances from bradlows phoenix plaza because they are *******s!!!!!!!!!!!!! now i have a tv that i cant use because they dont want to sort the remote out which is pathetic i am now going to put this on hello peter aswell! i want the remote to be sorted out asap or else i will sue bradlows !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I spent over r18000 and they cant sort out a r100 remote when i even took the insurance from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
