Bradlows are cheats. Don't use them

Bradlows after sales service is the worst!!! Don't be ****med.

Unfortunately for me I bought a bed at Bradlows Bluff of which the store did not have a sample in store. Upon receiving the bed firstly the delivery guys opened the plastic without asking and left the bed outside.

Upon inspection of the bed we found it to be torn by the stitches, the base was weak, fragile and really poor workmanship. The base felt like springs and cheap material.

The quality from Bradlows is very disappointing.

When I called the bluff store for an exchange for a different bed as the bed they supp**** me was a China Mall special, the manager was terribly rude, she refused to exchange the bed. Which I was withing my time frame to return.

I was told I would get a call I'm 24 hours, 5 days later and no call No correspondence from anyone.

Pathetic service from a once trusted brand... Don't be fooled... Bradlows has failed.
