Bradlows arcadia pretoria

I bought a bed and a fridge at bradlows arcadia and i was told my stuff will be delivered on surtaday and then that was not done, okay then the manager told me its because they received my address on friday late, so they will only deliver on monday. On monday when they call me i was told that they will only deliver on tuesday . And i told them on surtaday that i need the bed to sleep on, now i havr beeen without a bed and a fridge for 3 days because of them, please assist me , this is bad service
