Bradlows and Restonic are just plain ****!!

I bought a bed at Bradlows Jabulani Mall and I had to collect it at Protea glen and when I got home I saw that it was not properly sawed. I contacted the sales person and I sent him pictures. He disappeared into thin air. Earlier this month the bed started loosing shape. I contacted the sales person and the matter was escalated to restonic. The response I got is that they can't help because the mattress has marks. So the mattress has 2 factory faults and I can't be assisted. I'm really disappointed with both the retainer and the manufacturer.

Can I please be assisted on the matter cos the bed is still under guarantee and warrant.
