Bradlows and Grafton Everest Bad Service

Please don't ever purchase any lounge suite from Bradlows Phoenix Plaza this store needs to close down for the terrible service that they provide to there customers and the sales consultant don't know how to assist with client matters. Please don't ever deal with Suresh he is a sales consultant from Bradlows

We have purchased an Oxford lounge suite which is manufactured by Grafton Everest This purchased was last year May 2017 to date we are having endless problems with this set. Currently we are paying for something that we don't have, Such a big name Grafton Everest with poor service the lounge suite is still under warranty but now we need to pay R2500.00 because of customers negligence.

My mum as emailed and we have made so many calls to the store with the same feedback all the time " We cant not do anything" is that the way to treat your customers with such poor service. The funny part is that the lies that Suresh speaks is unbelievable

* He said he call they called to deliver the lounge suite we did not accept which was a **** ,we did not even receive a call * You always need to call him for your feedback because he dint not know how to dial out but he say " DONT WORRY I WILL CALL YOU BACK " this such poor service

As a customer I am so unhappy with the service I have received from these to companies, This morning I let the sales person have it with all the anger I had in me for the last month since our lounge suite as been collected which is over a month.
