Bradlows and abucus **** insurance

We bough a LG component system and within 6 to 7 months I got ****** at my house and they took it. We lodged a claim and the insurance company (abucus insurance) sent in a lady to come investigate the matter and left, it's now two months down the line and they telling me that I have to come to the store and cancel the sales order maybe the insurance company will pay me back so that I can buy another component so they are not sure whether I will get a replacement for my old system.

I'm really fed up with me having to call them all the time instead of them doing the follow up, their customer service is **** *** and they don't care about their customers.
