Bradlows Alex Mall is terrible

My mum bought a washing machine from Bradlows Alex Mall. It hasn't been a year since my mum bought the machine. The machine leaks water when it drains water. I called Bradlows Alex on the 31st of November to log a call . I was told their system is off line as soon as they are back on they will give us a call. They didn't do that, so I called them back to find out why they haven't called back. That is only when they then decided to take my details and was told once the call is logged in will get a reference numberror from them. A week later I didn't get the reference. So I called again 9 Dec 2020. When I called the store I asked to speak to the store manager, the store manager didn't even bother to come to the phone, to find out why I was calling. She just asked her employee where I was calling from a different what is my complaint about. That is when I told the lady on the phone that since her store manager doesn't want to come to the phone I will take this matter further. I called head office to ask them for assistance. I was told that the matter will be sorted outhe within 7 -14 working days. But I think that is not fair since this matter attended out from the first day I called. The customer service from the staff at Bradlows is applauling.
