Bradlows Alberton Poor Service

I am so angry I don't even know where to start, I've never been given an attitude like that before.

I spoke to Lindiwe Twala with the case that she did to my mom, she delivered a display fridge to my mom without my mom's acknowledgement (because Lindiwe did not mention the fridge was a display), and now my mom only got aware that is a display after seeing her sisters fridge being delivered inside the Box and hers was in the Plastic of which she thought coz it's too Big it cant be in the box.

I phoned this Lindiwe girl and she's been talking forever and hang on me then when I phone back, she still give me attitude she does not give me a chance to talk, all she is saying is that she did tell my mom that this is a Display, she does not want to listen to me at all.

It is so sad to take advantage of grown up customers like my mom because she does not know things, my mom is always worrying about this issue all the time she goes to the kitchen she will talk about how Bradlows has failed her because she tried going to the store with not assistance. she will never take a display fridge while we had a fridge in the house like even right now we don't have a space for the old one, why should we take a display friedge while we have it

I'm very disappointed with bradlows how do you deliver Displays with letting us know...... Lindiwe has got such a bad customer service, Ive never been treated like this before as a customer.

I would really like a Feed back on this matter of how is being resolved.
