Bradlows Alberton (Has no love for their customers)

After 5 months of waiting for Bradlows to return my couches I sent in for repairs. This is the response I get. Area manager John says it impossible that we are waiting so long. He refuses to take our calls or call us back. We had to keep contacting the branch and call centre, feedback was never given to us. They lost our couches. Never offered to send something to us to sit on. Everyone is ducking and diving and avoiding us. We decided we eventually had it with this horrid service and went to the store to get our money refunded to us as we do not want their couches any more. The service manger Mandisa says we being unreasonable as we refuse to wait for 2 weeks for the refund. Can they not understand that 5 months waiting on them was more than enough. Never have I experienced such horrid service. No apology given only cover ups
